Accounts and access

By using pwnd.live, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. Use only accounts and resources you are authorized to access. Protect your sign-in credentials. Creator, Developer, Partner Developer, verified PWND Creator and moderator permissions follow the platform's approval and moderation rules. Contractor access requires an administrator invitation.

Content and conduct

You retain ownership of your content and permit PWND to store, process and display it for the features you use. You are responsible for content you submit and must have permission to share it. Public content can be indexed and copied.

Do not impersonate others, send spam, harass people, distribute malware, disclose private information without permission, bypass access controls or manipulate entries and draws. Only verified PWND Creators and Partner Developers may post forum links.

Moderation and reports

Moderators can suppress forum posts, links and threads and issue 24-hour forum mutes. Administrators can restore content and overturn mutes. Suppressed content is administrator-only. Muted users can submit appeals. Administrators may restrict accounts for abuse or security reasons.

Reporting a direct chat, contractor ticket or bundle thread permits administrator review of that conversation, including later replies. Administrators manage support tickets. Use support tickets for assistance.

Games, bundles and giveaways

Bundles provides listings, proposals and conversations. Steam checks confirm that app IDs exist, not game ownership. Developers negotiate and fulfill their own agreements. PWND does not publish official bundles or process bundle payments. Platform roles do not guarantee ownership or another user's conduct.

Giveaway hosts provide prizes and set eligibility. PWND supplies entry, draw and delivery tools. Follow the host's published rules. Third-party services have their own terms and can be unavailable.

Service changes

Features and availability can change. Changes to these terms will update the effective date on this page.
